Alicia Graham is the co-Founder of an Information, Communication & Technology company. In this capacity, she is responsible for the strategic direction and supervision of all business operations for the company. Alicia is an accomplished Executive Assistant and internationally Certified Paralegal, who is a fierce advocate for women’s advancement and empowerment through education and business ventures. She applies her leadership experiences to help women in their quest for innovative solutions and entrepreneurial success.
Alicia began her career as an entrepreneur of several successful start-ups, including an agri-venture project in the breeding of queen bees, under the auspice of the European Union, where she worked with at-risk youths by providing workshops, training, and start-up resources for beginning beekeepers. She serves as a mediator for the Florida Supreme Court and Georgia Courts in civil court cases. Alicia has served on the Advisory Panel of the Broward County Technical Schools and the Florida Bar's Grievance Committee 17D. She has also served as Secretary and Public Relations Officer of the Mandeville Bee Farmer’s Association, and Divorce Care facilitator for a faith-based organization.
Alicia is scheduled to graduate from Georgia State University earning a Master's and Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics with a joint degree in International Business.

Camile Collins is the founder of Team Collins Marketing, a digital marketing firm, and a Real Estate Consultant for Keller Williams, one of America’s leading real estate firms. She is a seasoned marketing professional and real estate consultant who applies her diverse corporate experience to helping young girls and women in the underserved population advance their entrepreneurship goals.
Camile began her career as a marketing professional at a commercial real estate company and has subsequently worked with marketing teams and led initiatives at large law firms. In addition, she has volunteered time feeding the homeless with We All Care, LLC in Ft. Lauderdale and delivering meals to senior citizens for the Osceola Council on Aging.
Camile is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She currently lives and works in Orlando, FL, with her husband, four daughters, and a small petting zoo (dog, tortoise, and savannah monitor).
